Staffs were welcoming. Despite my lack of reservation, my request to check-in early was accepted without any hesitation. Very easy to communicate my needs and options were presented in details for my choosing. Price are super affordable for the quality of amenities. Rooms are furnished with relatively new wood furniture. Elegant wood floor finish, marble finish for the sink counter and bathroom wall, spotless mirror. Water saving yet powerful elongated toilet, comfortable. Spacious closet with a few high quality wood wardrobe hangers, in addition to ironing board and tool. Fast and stable wifi connection. Very few minor flaws from wear and tear but acceptable. Overall, the place far exceed expectations. Would reccomended.
Pleasantly surprised with the room quality and facilities given the price I paid for 10 days stay in last two months. For a week long stay, it really helps to have the small fridge in the room. Internet works. Cable TV available. Location is very convenient to several restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Also close to local tech companies in North SJ area with 5-7 minute non highway commute. During the Corona time, there is no breakfast but by no means a deal breaker in the given circumstances. I will be staying there again on next work trip at end of month if I can get the same nightly rate as my last two stays.
I only have two problems with this place and they aren't entirely the Baymont Inn's problem. The first was the quality of the air when we first walk outside of the room, I thought that it had something to do with the renovations that were going on but I smelled it later on at a restaurant away from the Baymont. The second was the amount of times I needed to reprogram my room key as it kept on being demagnetized in my pocket. The rooms were very nice, size and cleanliness were on point. The staff were super friendly and very polite. The area is very nice and clean as well. Short drive to San Jose where we were working out of for the week. I would definitely recommend Baymont Inn to anyone, great to get out of the hustle and bustle of the big city. Lots of places to visit around the Inn to eat and visit. Hope the renovations went well...
